Eligibility:

  • The Urban Daze Labor Day Giveaway is open to participants who meet the age and residency requirements specified in the official rules.
  • Employees, representatives, or affiliates of Urban Daze are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.
  • Participants must be located in a state where Delta 8 THC, Hemp Derived Delta 9 THC, and CBD products are legal to enter and receive the prize. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they meet the legal requirements of their state.
  • Must be 21+ to enter, proof of ID required.

How to Enter:

  • To enter the giveaway, participants must follow @UrbanDazeHemp on Instagram.
  • Participants must like the giveaway post and tag three friends in the comments to be considered a valid entry.
  • An additional 5 entries are available if the participant reposts the giveaway post on their story.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced on 8/28 on Instagram through a post and will be contacted through direct message.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days after the announcement to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Prize:

  • The winner will receive up to $250 worth of Urban Daze products of their choice. (Shipping included)
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

Publicity Release:

  • By participating in the giveaway, the winner grants Urban Daze the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels without further compensation.

Liability Release:

  • Urban Daze is not responsible for any technical issues, internet outages, or delays that may affect the entry process or the winner selection.
  • By participating, participants release Urban Daze from any liability arising from the giveaway, including but not limited to any damages, losses, or injuries.
